On August 10 and 11, 2024, the GMA7 Employees' Multi-Purpose Cooperative (GEMPC) held an unforgettable team-building event at the scenic Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center in Sitio Balimbing, Tanay, Rizal. Organized by the GEMPC HR Department, the event was packed with activities that fostered camaraderie, teamwork, and a renewed sense of unity among employees.

A Warm Welcome and Inspiring Message

The event began with a warm welcome from Director Vicky Arradaza, who set the tone for the weekend with her encouraging remarks. This challenge tested their problem-solving abilities, creativity, and teamwork, culminating in a race across the resort’s pool. The excitement and friendly competition brought out the best in everyone, reinforcing key cooperative values such as leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Adding to the event's dynamic atmosphere, Chairperson Jose Vernon Jacela and Vice-Chairperson Ludy Guarin stepped in as facilitators, guiding participants through the challenges and ensuring that each activity ran smoothly. Their hands-on involvement demonstrated their commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the Cooperative.
