Health and Safety Protocols
1. In reference to Executive Order No.7 Section 1, signed last Oct.28, 2022, wearing of facemask in indoor and outdoor spaces is voluntary but still encouraged for the following:
a. Elderly
b. Individuals with comorbidities
c. Immunocompromised individuals
d. Pregnant women
e. Unvaccinated individuals
f. Symptomatic individuals

Releasing of Christmas Gift Voucher
1. The CGV will be released from November 16, 2024 to December 28, 2024 at the GEMPC Building Members’ Lounge from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am to 5:00pm except holidays.
2. Please take note that there will be no extension of releasing from December 31,2024 –onwards
as CGV is valid until December 28, 2024 only.

Receiving of CGV by Member
1. The CGV shall be directly received by Member at GEMPC Building from our Coop Employees.
Receiving of CGV by Member thru a representative
1. The CGV shall be received by authorized representative of a member with the following pertinent documents to be presented to our Coop Employees prior to releasing of the CGV:
a. Authorization letter
b. Photocopy of IDs for both Member and Authorized Representative

Redeeming Christmas Gift Voucher
1. CGV can be redeemed from November 16, 2024 to December 28, 2024
